Actually, it's a remarkably good book. Well written, relevant and significant signal to noise. I actually own a copy and frequently recommend it to both mangers of geeks and geeks themselves. Build two-way understanding, I say!

Why does the title suggest "herding cats"?
I always think of juggling monkeys, especially considering the other thing monkeys are famous for !!
