Apple I Basic as MacOS X / Unix Shell

By Nick Hodge | July 19, 2008

Apple I Basic, recently recovered from an old Apple I has been recompiled to run on MacOS X as a Unix Shell.

There is something perversely wonderful about bringing a modern language such as Apple I Basic to an older OS (Unix) <grin>

    Fraser: where is yours, apple-boy?

with all the exchange stuff in iPhone 2.0 its tempting ... but the cost for buying one outright is too much for me.

Therefore, in my educated Apple+Microsoft form: I am waiting for version 3.0
